1. Who we are

Lystik ("we", "us") is a service that lets you generate exports of business contact information from public Google Maps listings. By signing in and using Lystik, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. We store your Google account ID, email, and display name. You are responsible for activity on your account; do not share your sign-in. You can sign out at any time and request account deletion from Settings → Danger zone.

3. Credits & payments

Lystik runs on a pay-as-you-go credits model. Credits are reserved when you start a scrape and the unused portion is automatically refunded. Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Lystik to send unsolicited bulk email or violate anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL);
  • resell or redistribute exported data to third parties without your own legal basis;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
  • use the service for illegal harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Data we provide

All exported data comes from public Google Maps business listings. We do not collect or supply personal consumer data. The accuracy of the exported data depends on Google's source - we make no warranty of completeness or freshness beyond the cache window shown in the dashboard.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or third-party API outages (Google) may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for downtime beyond refunding unused credits attributable to it.

7. Termination

You may stop using Lystik at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; in that case unused credits will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Liability

Lystik is provided "as is".

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
