Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your Google account ID, email, and display name (used to sign you in and send receipts). When you run a scrape, we record the city + category, the resulting lead set, and the credits charged. Card payment details are handled by Monobank; we never see or store them.

2. What we don't collect

No passwords (sign-in is via Google OAuth). No access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google data. No personal consumer data — Lystik exports public business listings only. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, execute your scrapes, deliver CSV exports, and send transactional emails (receipts, scrape-completion notices). Product updates only if you opt in (Settings → Notifications).

4. Who we share it with

Only the third parties needed to run Lystik: Google (OAuth + Places API), Monobank (payment processing), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings → Danger zone and we wipe your profile and scrape history within 30 days. You can also export everything you've ever scraped from the same page.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). We use a single first-party session cookie (lystik_session). No tracking, no fingerprinting.
